Paysafe and ServiceMax have partnered to deliver online payment and mobile point of sale solutions to service providers that do a vast majority of their work in the field.

The companies will integrate Paysafe’s payment software into ServiceMax’s Field Service Management global platform for field service customers. ServiceMax customers are generally those that install equipment, send new parts, while accepting returned parts, and handle a lot of dispatching and invoicing.

London-based Paysafe provides digital payments and other solutions through digital wallets, prepaid programs, payment processing, card issuing and acquiring services. The Paysafe payment software for field service professionals will include tokenization for data protection and security, EMV capabilities, as well as application interfaces and a payment gateway.

“In offering our global solutions, ServiceMax can support its customers by enabling field service agents to increase their cash flow and operational efficiencies with secure online and in-field EMV payment solutions,” Danny Chazonoff, chief operating officer at Paysafe, said in a Nov. 7 press release.

The new partnership is part of Paysafe’s wider strategy to provide integrated payment solutions to cloud and software-as-a-service businesses, Chazonoff added.

In addition, independent software vendors and value added resellers will help companies around the world to accept and process payments through the company’s Integrated Partnership Program, Chazonoff said.

ServiceMax is based in Pleasanton, Calif., and it has offices in London, Singapore, Australia, Japan and India.

Vienna-based paysafecard, an online payment provider and part of the Paysafe group, most recently expanded into the physical retail space with a prepaid Mastercard.
